If you love cheesecakes, you already know us — THE TERRIFIC TRIO.

We are Himanshu Gakhreja and Shreya Agarwal, the co-founders behind Cheesecake & Co., a brand that has been part of countless celebrations and memories. As our journey grew, so did our vision — to go beyond desserts.

And that’s how Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. was born in July 2024 — an extension of our love for food, bringing together comfort, creativity, and innovation.

The Beginning

Our first outlet opened in Bahubali Enclave, New Delhi, with a simple goal — to brighten every guest’s day with fresh croissants and great coffee. What started small quickly evolved into a vibrant menu featuring burgers, pastas, wraps, beverages, and fusion delights like puff tarts and mojitos.

Growing Strong

Driven by love from our customers, we expanded:

• Noida Sector 73 – January 2025
• Gurgaon (Sushant Lok) – April 2025

Today, Savoury continues to grow across multiple locations and cloud kitchens.

And this is just the beginning.

Yes, ours was the “Cheesecake Story”. Himanshu met Shreya, we got married, and while living happily ever after, wedecided to do the cheesecake business, face all its ups and downs, fail a few times, and grow a few other times. Our story began with Cheesecake & Co. From there, we added Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. to our family. And just when everyone thought our family was now complete, we decided to take the NEXT BIG LEAP OF FAITH. Before anyone could have even guessed, Creamery by Cheesecake & Co was born.

June 2025 is when our Pinteresty outlet popped up its head, promising swirls, chunks, and creamy delights to Delhiites. Located in Surajmal Vihar, East Delhi, we knew our sole purpose was to fulfil gelato lovers’ incomplete gelato dreams. In no time, we were able to make this possible with our fair share of season highlights and eggless gelato creations that made sure to make the right first impression.

We were clear - We did not want to do the usual. We wanted to be unique, exclusive, and original. This is why, we went all in playing with different flavors, and making sure, we always had something to please every customer who walked into our store. At present, we are located in East Delhi, but it isn’t long before we leave our mark across the whole of Delhi, followed by other cities.

Let us just say, Creamery by Cheesecake & Co. has today become a pit stop for children, GenZ, influencers, and adults alike, for there is no other place like this, which is capable of taking you back to your childhood, down the memory lane. From Diwali to Halloween, Navratri to New Year's, we are all for showing our A game, which means you should not be surprised to be greeted with personalized flavours every festive season (and every few days).
