If you love cheesecakes, you for sure know us, aka THE TERRIFIC TRIO. We are Himanshu Gakhreja and ShreyaAgarwal - the co-founder duo, who joined hands to give birth to “Cheesecake & Co.” and become a family of three.

Our cheesecakes ruled hearts, tickled taste buds, and of course, became a part of countless special occasions and memories. Time passed, Cheesecake & Co. flourished, until one day, when we decided to add a new member to our family, with which was born Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. In July 2024, we expanded our wings to give our loyal fan base a taste of exclusivity and innovation with our diverse basket of savoury delights.

Our first Savoury outlet came up in Bahubali Enclave, New Delhi. All we wanted from this outlet was for it to add sunshine to every visitor’s day with flaky croissants and hot piping morning brew. In the next few days, we decided to go all in with our experimentations, not without an eye for uniqueness - now serving our customers with hot and cold beverages, fries, burgers, and buns. Regulars loved spending time at our outlet, especially enjoying our fusion delicacies, such as puff tarts and tangy pastas, paired with mojitos and iced coffees.

While many thought we would stop at one outlet, only our hearts knew we wanted more. More footfalls and, of course, more smiles. With that, Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. came up with its second outlet in Noida Sector 73 in January 2025. In April 2025, we laid the foundation of our third outlet in Gurgaon. At present, we are 3-outlet strong and look forward to growing in volume and value in the days to come.

The best part about our Savoury journey has been that even before we realized came the happiest day in our life in July 2025. Exactly one year from the day, we first set base. On this day, we found out that we had served over 1 lakh customers in just this one year. Definitely, a moment of pride and mixed emotions for us. Also, a subtle pat on the back for having worked in sun and rain, Holi and Christmas, from curating the bestseller of the month to building the best team in this world.Truth be told, we kept going brick-by-brick, building, growing, and spreading smiles. That’s our story at Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. Yes, ours was the “Cheesecake Story”. Himanshu met Shreya, we got married, and while living happily ever after, wedecided to do the cheesecake business, face all its ups and downs, fail a few times, and grow a few other times. Our story began with Cheesecake & Co. From there, we added Savoury by Cheesecake & Co. to our family. And just when everyone thought our family was now complete, we decided to take the NEXT BIG LEAP OF FAITH. Before anyone could have even guessed, Creamery by Cheesecake & Co was born.

June 2025 is when our Pinteresty outlet popped up its head, promising swirls, chunks, and creamy delights to Delhiites. Located in Surajmal Vihar, East Delhi, we knew our sole purpose was to fulfil gelato lovers’ incomplete gelato dreams. In no time, we were able to make this possible with our fair share of season highlights and eggless gelato creations that made sure to make the right first impression.

We were clear - We did not want to do the usual. We wanted to be unique, exclusive, and original. This is why, we went all in playing with different flavors, and making sure, we always had something to please every customer who walked into our store. At present, we are located in East Delhi, but it isn’t long before we leave our mark across the whole of Delhi, followed by other cities.

Let us just say, Creamery by Cheesecake & Co. has today become a pit stop for children, GenZ, influencers, and adults alike, for there is no other place like this, which is capable of taking you back to your childhood, down the memory lane.
